My Summer Vacation

I went back my hometown, Niigata. I went to a driving school at there, and could get a driver's license. The teachers taught me friendly and cheerfully. Everyday I enjoyed to study about driving. However, I was scared of high speed, so I couldn’t change traffic lines at a turnpike. Because it was high speed, if I made a mistake, I might cause a traffic accident and kill my teacher. My kind teacher confirmed mirrors in stead of me because I explained that reason. When I drove course of near sea in class, I was very scared of thinness of road and tunnel. However, I had to reach a speed of a speed limit. My teacher requested me to reach a speed of a speed limit for my practice of reaching a speed of a speed limit and following cars, but I didn’t listen to my teacher’s asking because I was very scared! I didn’t want to die! Now I think those days, it’s miracle for me to get a driver's license. However, I very enjoyed a conversation with friends and teachers!

I belong to Japanese circle at NUFS, and I welcomed new students studying abroad at centrair-airport and Fujigaoka station. We waited at there all days. It was very hard, but I was so happy that I could meet them the first. I met and had a conversation a lot of students. However, I was sad that I memorized many their name, but they didn’t memorize my name when we met at NUFS. I want to make friends with them. Next day, we guided them through NUFS. I took 5 students, 3 Australian, 1 Singaporean and 1 British. I put them to trouble because I had many mistakes, but they were very kind to me. We enjoyed having lunch. After that, we went shopping around NUFS. This time we became good friends. I wish they remembered my name!

Diet & Exercise: Italian

Do you know “Mikaduki” in Niigata? This is Italian fast-food restaurant originated from Niigata. At this restaurant in Niigata, thick Yakisoba noodles, cabbages, vegetables artificially grown in the shade and sauce are used in dishes. It’s is like fried noodle not spaghetti.

“Italian” is name of menu. However, you may think that “Italian” is not Italian foods. Of course, you are right! This is not Italian foods but foods like Italian. On this page, there are Italian, curry-Italian, white-sauce Italian, shrimp-in-chili sauce Italian, Italian with bean curd sautéed with ground meat, chili pepper in a thick sauce and so on. The menu I recommend is “curry-Italian”
.

Usually, Mikaduki is in SATY, APITA, JUSCO, PLANT5 and so on. Therefore when I went to supermarkets like them, I almost went to there. Every Saturday and Sunday, there are many families, children and couples. Mikaduki is very popular among people in Niigata.

“Italian” has a good point about cooking. In this page, there are points of attention about cooking homeland of pasta. However, when you cook “Italian”, you don’t need to attend these points like cooking genuine pasta. Unfortunately, “Italian” has a bad point, too. It is that “Italian” isn’t suitable for diet. The genuine pasta has suitable menu for diet.

If you want to diet, you should have genuine diet pasta, but, if you enjoyed “Italian”, you may have better go to Mikaduki!

Tanabata Party

Today, we had a Tanabata party in my Japanese circle at no.7 building. Many students studying abroad came to this party. I became friends who I haven’t met them, so I was happy.

They wore Yukatas themselves. The girls were nice and the boys were cool! Everyone suits Yukatas.

First, we wrote Tanzaku and hung up them on sticks of bamboo. Some prayed to pass tests, others prayed to improve them English skills. I prayed … It’s secret! After that, we taught students studying abroad how to make ornaments of Tanabata. We made stars and something like net. It’s difficult for students studying abroad to make stars, but gradually, they became to be able to make stars very well.

Next, we played the game of “split-the-watermelon.” It took a great deal of time to cut them, but at last, Andy from Australia and Kan from South Korea cut two watermelons! We ate them, and they tasted sweet♥

Finally, we took a group photograph, and then we took many pictures each of them. Many photograph are my treasures!

I enjoyed this party\(^0^)/ It was nice day ♫ Moreover, I’m looking forward to being able to seeing the Milky Way on July 7☆彡

Chinese and Japanese

Today, I went to McDonald and APITA in Nagakute with a friend of mine, Ryu. Ryu is from China and 20 years old. We talked about schools, summer vacation and so on. For a month we haven’t met, her skill has got good at Japanese! I must study hard like her!

It was her first visit in McDonald in Japan, and she said ice creams were sold 15 yen in China. I was surprised! If I go to China with 100 yen, I can buy SIX ice creams! Therefore, I want to go China in order to have ice creams♥

In APITA, we took a “Print Club” because she wanted to take it. She said it is different from China, but I forget the difference(^^;)

We had a good time! I want to meet her again!
